Where we deliver?   (top)

Alrifai.com can ship your order worldwide via express courier. However, we are legally binded to adhere to country restrictions when it comes to their food safety regulations. Together with our shippining partners we maintain an updated overview on these regulations and in case of default, you will be notified.

Company regulations prohibit shipping to PO Boxes.
 
 
International Shipping Rates   (top)

Introduction:

Our shipping rates and fees are fixed. We adopt a single rate per kg to all destinations. However, certain countries do not accept packages beyond certain weight.

All international orders are shipped Priority International Shipping.

Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties. Alrifai.com has no control over that process. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, read about Restrictions (which apply to all international shipments) and Import Fees Deposits (which apply to Priority International Shipping only).

Please note: For your protection, alrifai.com will send all orders via a trackable method.


Restrictions:

Some restrictions apply as to the quantity (kg) and amount ($ or €).

• France for example, has a maximum weight restriction of 5kg. We have taken precaution to this measure by automatically splitting the order into several ones in order to prevent any problems with the customs.

All products shipped to these countries via Priority International Shipping are subject to an import fees deposit. The website is programmed to handle these issues automatically.


Limitations:

For products shipped internationally, please note that our service options may not be available; product information, safety warnings and allergy information may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be labeled in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and other requirements.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from alrifai.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. (For US customers only).


Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Custom authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.


Returns & Replacements:

The above terms also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 
 
Domestic Shipping Rates   (top)

We do charge a fixed fee of 5,000 LBP to any order placed in Lebanon irrespective of the destination. We usually outsource the delivery to a Third party.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered on the same day. If after, then delivery shall be done on the next working day, tracking for domestic products is not available. Usually, the customer is informed by an email regarding the status of the delivery.

 
 
Deliver Estimates   (top)

Historically, we have been able to deliver with 3 – 4 working days. However, it is highly difficult for us to guarantee that time frame for many factors such as custom clearance procedure, and working hours and holidays.

 
 
Tracking Packages   (top)

Tracking your packages can be done from within our website. Clicking on my account or the order status button on the main page will take you directly to the tracking page displaying where your order is.
