Our shipping rates are divided into different zones. Each zone, either represent a set ouf countries or a continent depends on the geo-political status of the globe.

We try hard to maintain our delivery promise. Historically, we have been able to deliver in 72 hours + or - 24 hours. However, we will not be able to keep our promise if you order has been caught in a random custom checkup. On average a custom checkpoint can take up to 48 hours to process your shipment and assess it.

 Orders bound to the USA are subject to stringent safety control imposed by the Food & Drug Administration since September 11. Our HACCP plant certification number appears on every package to ensure that we are respecting the Good Manufacturing Practices.
