Let us start with the basic.

Our products are classified into two broad categories that we refer to as "Nuts" and "Kernels", a clear understanding of these will allow to understand our pre-configured mixes.

 We refer to Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds, Hazelnuts and Macadamias as kernels

 We refer to Seeds, Peanuts, Corn and Chickpeas as Nuts

Al Rifai's has 6 pre configured mixes, formulate to suit the taste of every customer.

1. Mix Kernels Extra Extra Contains 100% flavoured kernels, that is cashew,  chesse cashew, pistachio, curry pistachios, hot pistachsios, macadamia, cheese macadamia, almond, smoked almonds, krikri Almond, and hazelnuts
2. Mix Kernels Consist of 100% kernels without the flavours, it is a classic mix of cashews, pistachios, macadamias, almonds, and macadamias.
3. Mix Super Deluxe is a mix of 50% kernels and 50% nuts
4. Mix Deluxe is a mix of 40% kernels and 60% nuts
5. Mix Assorted is a mix of 20% kernels and 80% nuts
6. Mix Regular is the 100% nuts mix
