Ghazel Banat is a traditional lebanese delicacy made from molten sugar and mastic gum mixed with spices. Similar to the classical sugar candy available nowadays, ghazel banat does not have a sweet taste for it contains a low amount of sugar. It is usually served with grounded pistachios on top
