We love nuts. That’s us, in a nutshell.


We have 70 years of experience in roasting quality nuts. We have nuts in our DNA. With a passion for nuts come high expectations.


We strive for superior quality, always. We dry roast the majority of our nuts and kernels, to enhance the taste and the purity of the kernel. Our philosophy is ‘less is more’. We would never add anything artificial. Nuts are best enjoyed natural or dry roasted. We sometimes add natural seasonings to enhance their taste and make them delicious. In our mixes, we bring different nuts together to create a natural and enjoyable combination of flavors and textures. That’s our philosophy, that’s our purpose.


We want to make life less complicated and more enjoyable by offering the essence of the things that matter and leaving out the things that do not matter.

Our Founder

Moussa Rifai

Back in 1948, Moussa Rifai, Sr. opened a tiny shop on Mazraa street in Beirut - Lebanon to sell his home-roasted nuts and kernels. Quickly becoming famous for his high-quality roasting techniques, the venture expanded and ALRIFAI was born.
